Rinstrum was happy to sponsor the Best Hardware Solution category again

Rinstrum was happy to sponsor the Best Hardware Solution category again this year at the ITEE Innovation Showcase 2020. It is an annual event hosted by The School of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering at The University of Queensland, providing a platform for its students to put forward their innovative projects in the disciplines of electrical engineering, information technology, and multimedia design, for which they are given due appreciation and recognition.

UQ student Quan Manh Ha was selected as the winner of the Rinstrum prize for his thesis project “Continuous Temperature and Oxygen Monitoring of Newborn Infants”. It was presented to him by Darren Pearson, Managing Director of Rinstrum. The winning project was a low cost, lightweight, and low power consuming IoT system to monitor the health status of babies. It constitutes a wearable sensor controlled by a single microcontroller and ESP8266 powered by a lithium battery.

We at Rinstrum heartily congratulate Quan Manh Ha for his accomplishment and wish him all the best for his future endeavors!
