Rinstrum Engineers

Rinstrum is a global company designing and manufacturing industrial weighing electronics and accessories, and to do that we need a whole raft of engineers across many disciplines.  There are always lots of interesting problems to solve, whether it be tricky customer weighing applications, research and design for our electronics, selecting and working with specialist suppliers to get our custom parts made, improving our manufacturing or designing and building our temperature testing ovens.

You will need to love a challenge, be able to work across multiple time zones, nut out solutions, work in teams across multiple countries to get the job done.  We use a 2 week sprint for many of our teams and digital boards for managing our stories and tasks as we are not all in the same room.

Our engineers get to work with our OEM clients and clients requiring custom work all over the world.  From rail scales in the mid-west of the US to onboard weighing in the UK or weighing cattle in Australia.  Weighing camels in the Middle East compared to weighing blueberries at speed in South America is often challenging but never boring!

We design our own hardware, embedded software, metal and plastic housings and cloud solutions.  The weight indicators we design and build are trade approved, which mean our designs are world class and must pass muster in labs across the world.  Industrial electronics are designed to last for 10’s of years in harsh environments and that means we need to get it right.

So, if that sounds like an interesting way to spend your day (and often evening!) and a way for both of us to grow, drop us a line with your details and what you think you can bring to Rinstrum.  We would love to hear from you.
