Rinstrum’s LUA customization capability in a dual scale automated filling/ batching sequence

The batching consoles used in the application were configured using two R423 stainless steel panel mount indicators embedded with LUA. Rinstrum did custom programming as specified by the client. This application is for a product feed conveyor line system that fills large plastic totes at the end of the conveyor feed line. The large totes are placed upon two floor scale units. When one tote has completed filling with the correct target amount, the system will automatically switch scales  by sliding a diverter at the end of the conveyor line, allowing for filling the other tote. The consoles are fitted with buttons for stop, start and emergency stop.
