Since 2007 Rinstrum has been supplying onboard tilt compensated weighing electronics to our customers in Europe.

~New Tilt Sensor~

Truck tilt is measured with an inclinometer (tilt sensor) that is working in two axis. The X and Y is fed into the tilt module on the R400 indicator that calculates the compensated weight. The indicator and inclinometer solution are trade approved in Europe up to 15 degrees for pay-by-weight systems.

We updated our tilt sensors from 5 degree and 10 degree to 15 degree.

~Onboard weighing approval~

Our approval allows a maximal capacity of 30.000 with an inclination of up to 15 degrees (26,8%). If you are looking for a trade approved on board weighing application reach out to us today.

The R400 series indicators use specialist K491 firmware for tilt weighing applications. We have customised the K491 for a number of customers to handle specific requirements for their onboard tilt weighing applications ranging from LPG gas delivery to waste and recycling applications.
