Starting in 8 days’ time, the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge will have innovative solar cars from all over the world traversing 3000km from Darwin in a race to Adelaide. Rinstrum Smart Weighing is excited to be a part of this adventure as the sponsor, supporting the scrutineering process with scales for weight management of all the solar cars and drivers before the competition!

For over 30 years, the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge has welcomed the greatest minds from around the world to Australia to push the limits of technological innovation and travel the outback in a vehicle powered only by the energy of the sun. Rinstrum has been involved with the challenge for 10 years firstly with direct involvement with a competing car (Team Arrow 2013/2015) in addition to providing the scales.
