That the X320 scale base output can be monitored and the inputs and outputs can be tested?

Scale Base Test Display (SCALE) - Verifies the correct load cell capacity and/or load cell wiring is used. It sets up the instrument as a simple test meter to measure the load cell signal output. The display reads in mV/V.
Force Outputs (FRC.OUT) - Forces over, under and pass output drivers in turn.
Overload Count (O.LOAD) - Displays a count of the number of times that the A/D conversion has been out of range since the count was last reset.

High Visibility Weight Indicators

The D740 and R320 have been combined to create a high visibility weight indicator that can take either a load cell input or analogue input. The weight is displayed on 120mm high digits using super bright LEDs.

N740 – Load Cell Input (4x350O)
C740 – Analogue Input (0-10V/4-20mA)

They are ideal for displaying the load on large cranes to assist operators in not overloading the crane, or they can be used on large bins or silos to display the weight so as it’s visible from a distance.

Smart Weighing - Pole Mount

developed a smart nylon bush assembly that slips within a 36-38mm internal diameter pole.

• Four internal tubes guide the cabling as they pass through from base to the indicator;
• Overlap of nylon to protect cables as they pass through the stainless steel stands;

Single Point IP69k Load Cell PW15AH

The HBM PW15AH is a hermetically sealed stainless steel single point load cell rated to IP68/IP69K.

The PW15AH are ideal for use in the manufacture of weighing systems for extreme environments. They are suitable for use in platform scales used in harsh environments or wash down areas, such as food processing, automotive, chemical or pharmaceutical applications.

The new HBM PW15AH is designed for the highest reliability and is interchangeable into products of many manufacturers where standard load cells may have failed. The IP68 rating is for submersion in water and the IP69k rating is for high pressure water and steam jet cleaning. They are available as 10, 20, 50 and 100kg full load, use 6-wire technology and support a maximum platform size of 500 x 400 mm. The PW15AH also has an integrated connection for protective cable conduit systems.

Designed and built to the highest protective class (IP69k) the HBM PW15AH will perform reliably in harshest of industrial conditions and is backed up by a three year warranty.

IP69K means:
Maximum protection of the load cell against ingress of dust (IP6_), as well as
Maximum protection of the load cell against ingress of water, even with high-pressure or steam cleaning (IP_9K).

X320 Extreme Environment Indicator Launched

It combines innovation in industrial design and engineering excellence to create a product that is ideal for use in applications that require reliable operation in rugged or harsh environmental conditions.

…a food grade housing that can reliably withstand high pressure wash down with cleaning solutions as well as impact. The X320 has been tested with high pressure water jets (1400psi), at high temperature (up to 80C) and has been submerged in water to over 1m.

Relay Output PCB

The relay output PCB is used with R420 input/output modules (eg. M4301) to provide 8 voltage free relay outputs rated to 250VAC and 8A. It is DIN rail mountable and provides N/O and N/C contacts for each output. A cable is also available to connect between the PCB and the indicator.
