R400 Series - K410 Filling Indicator Launched

Weigh Bridges

Smart Weighing - IP ratings

What sort of environment is your indicator working in? How dusty and wet?

IP or Ingress Protection ratings represent a product's ability to resist foreign matter including water and dust from getting inside the casing and causing the product to fail or become unsafe.

• The first digit indicates object/particle protection. (IP6_ where 6 is dust tight)
• The second digit indicates moisture/liquid ingress protection. (IP_5 where 5 is water jets)

Choose an indicator with a suitable IP rating for the operating environment to reduce maintenance costs and maximise unit lifetime.

R400 Series Summing Indicator Launch

The K481 Summing Indicator is based on the R400 Series indicator hardware. It shares the same style operator interface and setup menus making it easy for both the operator and the installer. The K481 can sum R300 Series or R400 Series indicators.

Australian Sales Conference 2008

Our Sales Conference on the Gold Coast was a great success again. We had 58 customer delegates from Australia, South Africa, Malaysia, Singapore and New Zealand attend along with 10 Rinstrum staff. Rinstrum staff presented on industry applications and did hands on workshop training. The conference was combined with our trade show demonstrating Rinstrum product. Adrian Caster from NMI presented on Industry Standards and Matt Rolfe, high altitude mountain climber, entertained and motivated us again with tales and experiences from his mountain climbing expeditions.

That the X320 scale base output can be monitored and the inputs and outputs can be tested?

Scale Base Test Display (SCALE) - Verifies the correct load cell capacity and/or load cell wiring is used. It sets up the instrument as a simple test meter to measure the load cell signal output. The display reads in mV/V.
Force Outputs (FRC.OUT) - Forces over, under and pass output drivers in turn.
Overload Count (O.LOAD) - Displays a count of the number of times that the A/D conversion has been out of range since the count was last reset.
